Sometimes it feels as though anxiety just comes out of nowhere. I myself have struggled with it.Even just recently I woke up in a panic, my mind flooded with thoughts of things I had forgotten to do or had to get done immediately. I got in the shower thinking I would wash away the thoughts, but they just kept coming on stronger and stronger. More and more thoughts of responsibilities, errands, and lists were coming to mind.
