Continue to improve our vibes by focusing on those uplifting moments. Just be with yourself without distractions–don’t answer the phone or allow outside intrusions. Allow yourself to really feel your feelings. Investigate those feelings. Allow yourself to feel the emotion of positivity. Focus on this feeling to commit this intense feeling to memory and really absorb it.

You will look for the quality time with yourself, and you will not be lonely with yourself anymore. This is where the magic starts to happen. Your dependence on the outer world will get weaker, and the connection to yourself will start to get stronger.
