After three years of reading positive affirmations and getting emails about people’s challenges and successes, I would like to share the most popular affirmations from my favorite positive thinking app, ThinkUp.
ThinkUp
For all the people who are not familiar with ThinkUp, it is an app that helps you make your self-talk positive by letting you choose the mindset you would like to adopt.
You can then record these as positive affirmations in your own voice, then you can choose your favorite music to go along with them.
How does ThinkUp work?
First, choose self-affirmations that resonate with you, then record them. Once you’ve recorded your affirmations, we recommend listening to it at least once a day for one month.
For better and longer-lasting results, listen to it before going to sleep as that is when your brain is generating Alpha brain waves. The most important part of the process is repetition.
Through repetition, you can rewire your brain and make your thinking patterns more positive.
If you’re not sure where to start, below is a list of the most popular positive affirmations on ThinkUp.

What to Do When Positive Affirmations Make You Feel Uncomfortable?
If certain positive affirmations make you feel uncomfortable, you can revise them and tailor them to your own situation and aspirations.
For example, if your affirmation is “I love myself” and you don’t believe it when you hear it, try “every day I love my self a bit more.”
After that, your mind will look for evidence that you love yourself more than yesterday.
Where to get the ThinkUp App?
The ThinkUp can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play.
There’s currently a lot of positive affirmations to choose from, but if you also have a list of your favorite affirmations, we greatly encourage sharing them down below to increase the amount of positivity going around.
