The Significant Benefits of ThinkUp affirmation reminders

The irresistible allure of the forbidden is something that has haunted humanity from the beginning of time, and we have always needed reminders that intervene and extricate us from falling into hedonistic routines or to nudge us onto the better path. And this divine reminder has come to you in the form of ThinkUp affirmation reminders! Subtle yet impactful, ThinkUp is what you need to remember what is important and what is right, to remind you to want what you want badly enough, and to tell you that even when life has beaten you down to pulp and you feel like all hope is gone and you are ready to give up, that is when you have to take that one next step, because victory is right around the corner.

ThinkUp can impact your life psychologically and physically in the best way possible:

You can integrate healthy habits into your lifestyle

We all know that we have to eat healthily, yet we don’t. We all know that we have to drink around two liters of water a day, yet we don’t. ThinkUp affirmation reminders will help integrate such healthy habits into your daily routine. By repetitive viewing and adherence, you can manipulate your subconscious into involuntarily following a wholesome schedule.

Once you’ve become habituated to a particular action, you can replace those reminders with others for different habits. ThinkUp reminders will help you to grow into a better person.

You can raise your motivation and develop a positive mindset

Life is full of lows and highs. Even in a single day, there might be times when you are euphoric and times when you are miserable. ThinkUp reminders can give you that everyday push you need to chase your dreams, to reach for the stars. Whenever you feel down, ThinkUp will always be there to remind you that it is not as bleak as you think it is. It’s going to get better. And you can do it.

ThinkUp can train your brain and transform your life!

How to use the ThinkUp affirmation reminders correctly?

As been told ThinkUp affirmation reminders are meant to remind you what is important on daily basis. Your subconscious mind will see this information again and again which makes it easier for you to accept them as part of your new belief system.  By putting ThinkUp reminders at work, at home, on your refrigerator, in your bedroom or on your kitchen counter, you instruct your brain to pay attention consciously and subconsciously to things that your conscious mind decides that they important to you. You will take a look at the ThinkUp affirmation reminders even without paying attention and it will become part of your thoughts and beliefs.

Start to make it a habit

After exposing yourself to an idea (like reminding yourself to breathe or believing in yourself ) and react to it, start to make it a habit. For example, put a reminder that reminds you to drink water on your working table and make a habit to look at the ThinkUp affirmation reminders and drink a sip of fresh water each time you see it. If you would like to release a little bit of tension and you choose to use a breathing reminder, take a look at the reminder on your table, take a big breath and relax your body. After you feel that you have adopted the habit of breathing spontaneously, deep, long relaxing breath and it has become part of your daily habits, you can remove that reminder and let your body breath naturally on its own.

4 steps to use Thinkup affirmation reminders effectively :

  •  Place particular reminders in certain places.(work desk, bedroom, refrigerator and so)
  •  React to them positively as by drinking and breathing in the examples above.
  •  Leave them in place and use them until they become habits.
  •  Replace them with different reminders after each habit is effectively achieved.

Change your thinking patterns and enjoy a life full of freedom.

Affirmations for anxiety

5 Recommended Positive Affirmations For Anxiety by Yvonne Williams Casaus

Sometimes it feels as though anxiety just comes out of nowhere. I myself have struggled with it.Even just recently I woke up in a panic, my mind flooded with thoughts of things I had forgotten to do or had to get done immediately. I got in the shower thinking I would wash away the thoughts, but they just kept coming on stronger and stronger. More and more thoughts of responsibilities, errands, and lists were coming to mind. This was all happening while I was standing in the shower and could not do anything about it. I decided right then that when I got out of the shower I had to stop and listen to my ThinkUp app.

“I found out that saying affirmations for anxiety in your own voice is very effective for reducing the symptoms of anxiety”

Sometimes anxiety is brought on by stress, but for people that suffer from anxiety disorders, it can feel like it comes out of nowhere. It can range from general nervousness to feeling like you are having a heart attack. At times an anxiety attack can be debilitating. In my experience, the key to calming an anxiety attack is finding a way to ground yourself. Self-talk or repeating words or phrases is an extremely useful tool when anxiety strikes. When a person is suffering from anxiety it is hard to concentrate and at times it is difficult to identify what the fear is. Affirmations for anxiety can have a calming effect. Not only are affirmations for anxiety helping change the negative or fear-based belief, but they serve as a distraction. When you have to focus on the affirmation it keeps any racing thoughts at bay.

As a therapist, I have always encouraged the use of positive affirmations for anxiety.”

I found out that saying affirmations for anxiety in your own voice is very effective for reducing the symptoms of anxiety. It helped me while I faced anxiety. The soothing background music calmed me down and focusing on my positive affirmations for anxiety helped me push out all the racing thoughts. I was able to ground myself and bring my attention back to the positive beliefs I hold in my heart. It was proof of just how powerful this app can be.

Although negative thinking is not anxiety, when an anxiety attack occurs, you are often having a flood of negative or fear based thoughts.

The Power of Gratitude

An Attitude of Gratitude makes Life Beautiful and Meaningful…
Gratitude is the ability to say ‘Thank You’. To be thankful for what you have and thankful for the
wonderful opportunities life has presented to you. It is the ability to connect with yourself and
make the heart and the mind work on the same frequency. It means that you did something
right or you are at a level of energy where something works for you.

Why do so many researchers and studies show that practicing gratitude increases the level of happiness?

When you focus on the things that you are grateful for, you increase your level of energy and
allow more good things to walk into your life. When you practice gratitude every single day,
you increase your level of energy on a daily basis and then you start to magnate different
positive things into your life. Therefore, when you make this a daily practice you do not allow anything to “disturb” your calmness, and you unlock the code to happiness.

You don’t depend on the outside world for happiness and your happiness is steady and
completely in your control.

In addition, no one or no outside situation can harm you. Such a state of mind, makes you feel secure in the world. You have true happiness within you and no situation or no person can change that.
The secret is the balance between thinking and feeling. When you think of something pleasant
your body starts to react to it. So every positive thought filled with gratitude increases the level
of serotonin in your body and “opens your heart”.

Gratitude category in ThinkUp app

The Challenge of filling yourself with gratitude

The challenge is to start being grateful and thankful for all the wonderful things you have around you instead of focusing on the things that you don’t have. By practicing gratitude on a daily basis you can change the way you think and feel, and reprogram your mind, ultimately increasing your level of positive energy.
The final challenge is to start being grateful and direct your feelings positively towards the
things you don’t have. If you know how you feel when you have something or achieve
something, direct this feeling to every area in your life and achieve your desires by practicing
gratitude. In this case, gratitude means to be thankful for a future that is yet to manifest. When
you live a life of gratitude you unlock true happiness and begin your journey towards fulfillment.

Gratitude affirmations that I really like

1. I am grateful for my life’s challenges for helping me grow and become who I am.

2. I am grateful for the chance to become healthier, through diet, exercise, and healthy routines.

3. Every day I am becoming more and more grateful for what I have in my life.

4. I am grateful for the love in my life for letting me feel what it means to truly be alive.

5. I am grateful for the roof over my head and my warm home.

Powerful affirmations

Powerful Affirmations for Success By Daphne Wallbridge

It is four o’clock in the morning. Most people might think I’m crazy
to be up this early. But for me, this time is sacred. It’s quiet in the house. I can focus with no interruptions. I have the freedom to explore my thoughts and ideas or I can just sit in silence and
relish my solitude.

Daphne, every day, you are taking the steps you need to live a
life filled with meaning and purpose. Your work devoted to
women’s self-leadership is helping thousands of women flourish
and thrive.”

Therefore, I have a ritual and I never deviate from it. I’m like an athlete preparing for an event. I sit at my desk and get ready to start my morning ritual. I turn on my essential oil diffuser and breathe in its
pure, therapeutic fragrance. Then, I launch into what I call my morning ‘power hour’ which sets the stage for the day ahead. My power hour is devoted to gratitude, journaling, learning, and
visualization. But there is one practice in particular that I find incredibly beneficial to my spiritual development: Powerful Affirmations
Powerful affirmations are a series of positive statements you say to yourself. Done properly, they have the power to shape your thoughts and rewire your brain so you can become the highest,
the truest version of yourself.
To help you craft your powerful affirmations, I’ve created a five-step process that will help you start on your own journey toward cultivating a powerful, positive mindset.

Powerful affirmations

powerful affirmations for success

Five Steps to Crafting the Perfect Powerful Affirmations

Step 1.

Focus on the details: when crafting your powerful affirmations, make sure to be specific. Write out exactly what it is you are accomplishing, how, and with whom.

Example: [Your name], you are engaging with highly skilled thought-leaders and as a result, you are developing key connections that will allow you thrive and flourish in your
marketing career.

Step 2.

Use action verbs: make sure your powerful affirmations describe a particular action. In doing so, you’re sending a signal to your brain that you need to act to get closer to your goal. Craft
every affirmation with action verbs and you’ll be on your way to creating a brilliant future.

Example: Engaging, flourishing, connecting, reaching, achieving…

Step 3.

Feel it: don’t recite your powerful affirmations like a robot. Rather, take the time to feel your words. Affirmations should be giving you goosebumps and create a sense of genuine hope and
accomplishment. This is the superpower of affirmations. If they aren’t stirring you from the inside, change them or tweak them.

Step 4.

Use the second person: as you read or recite your powerful affirmations, do so as if you are talking to a close friend. Life coach and author Brendon Burchard calls this “self-coaching.”
This practice is highly important to prime your mind and to generate self-motivation.

Example: [Julie], every day, you are taking the steps you need to meet your quarterly goal of landing three new clients.

Step 5.

Add visuals: if you want to boost the effectiveness of your affirmations, add an image that reflects the vision of your powerful affirmations. This will help crystallize the affirmation in your mind
and increase its positive effects. Plus, if you’re a visual learner, you’ll appreciate this extra step.
Although I have several ongoing positive affirmations in my journal, I often go back to this one. Feel free to adjust it to your needs and add it to your collection, or simply draw inspiration
from it.

” Daphne, your thoughts, actions, and words are
aligning with your destiny. You are where you need to be at this
moment in time and you are enjoying the journey to unlimited
growth and success.”

In this world in which we are constantly struggling to counter the potential negative effects of violence, war, and chaos, positive affirmations, done daily and mindfully, can prime your mind to be
open and receptive to whatever incredible opportunities may present themselves. They help broaden your awareness and propel you to flourish and thrive.

A call to action…

Take ten minutes out of your busy schedule and craft one personally-powerful affirmation. Start saying it and feeling it first thing in the morning and before going to bed at night. Start and end each day with this positive ritual. Then, wait for the magic to happen.

Love Affirmations with ThinkUp app

The 7 most popular love affirmations

Are you looking for true love and healthy relationship? Try using love affirmations.

Many people in the world are looking for their soulmate and true love.

Research has shown for some time now that the first step to getting a good relationship is to start by loving yourself and increasing your self-confidence.

When you love yourself, your body resonates and attracts loving things into your life. Loving yourself and understanding your worthiness is a fundamental building block to having a healthy relationship full of love.

“The first step to getting a good relationship is to start by loving yourself and increasing your self-confidence.”

One way to help change your mindset and your perspective about yourself so that you can attract the love you deserve is by using the Thinkup app.  Thinkup is a tool that helps you uplift your thoughts to positive ones.

Try using  ThinkUp app

Here’s how the app works. You start by selecting love affirmations from our list or even create your own affirmations.  Then you record the love affirmations using your own voice.  Research has shown that your voice is a powerful tool to help your brain accept new thoughts.  Your brain is actually more susceptible to ideas when the ideas are in your voice!

“I am learning to be thankful and grateful for the love in my life”

Love Affirmations can be anything from “Everyday I love myself a bit more”, “I accept myself exactly as  I am” or “ I am learning to be thankful and grateful for the love in my life”. Another approach would be affirmations such as “I deserve to be loved”, “I am a good person,” etc.

Affirmations for love and relatinship

If the suggested affirmations do not resonate with you, make up your own love affirmations. They must ring true to you. Otherwise, your body will reject them,  and the affirmations will not be effective. When you’re done recording you can choose your favorite relaxing music theme to go along with it. The music will engage your emotional part in the brain–limbic system. When you go to bed at night, turn on ThinkUp and let it play your personalized meditation repeatedly in a constant loop.  This so-called “inception” will spur new thoughts in your mind.

“Everyday I love myself a bit more”

Much like everything else – ThinkUp is a process. In order to witness its comprehensive impact, you need to give it time.

In addition, as a ThinkUp user, this app helped me become more positive and happier. In my happy moments, I recorded new affirmations and used them when I am down. What are the most popular positive affirmations?

After three years of reading so many positive affirmations and getting thousands of emails about people’s challenges and successes, I would like to share the positive affirmations people love the most.

For all the people who are not familiar with ThinkUp: it is an app that helps you make your self-talk positive. In addition, with ThinkUp, you choose the mindset you would like to adopt, record positive affirmations in your own voice, and choose your favorite music to go along with them.

How does it work?

First, choose your affirmations and then record them. Once you’ve recorded your affirmation, we recommend listening to it at least once a day for one month. For better and longer-lasting results, listen to it when going to sleep, that is when your brain is generating Alpha brain waves. The Most important part is the repetition. Through repetition, you can rewire your brain and make your thinking patterns more positive.

A list  of the most popular positive affirmations on ThinkUp:

What should you do when you listen to yourself and the positive affirmations make you angry as if it is not true?

If a certain affirmation is provoking an angry or negative reaction, you can revise it and make it softer. For example, if your affirmation is “I love myself” and you don’t believe it when you hear it, try “every day I love my self a bit more.” Your mind will look for evidence that you love yourself more than yesterday.

affirmations for law of attraction work

Affirmations for Law Of Attraction

The Law of Attraction can be explained that ‘like attracts like’. As humans, we like to associate with people who are similar to ourselves. Back in high school, the jocks hung out together. The drama folks spent time with other people who loved to act. The brains also spent a lot of time together. However, similarities go beyond these stereotypes. Positive and negative vibes that we put off also attract similar people. Thus, we are responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. An important part of the Law of Attraction is understanding that what we focus on can have an intense impact on what happens in your life. If we spend our days feeling fear and guilt, we’ll likely see more negativity appearing. If we look for the uplifting experiences full of joy, then we’ll soon start to see positivity surrounding us every day.
People really want that affirmations for Law of Attraction to work for them. Almost everyone wants their desires to occur.

What does it take in order for everything to happen the way we want?

The first step to achieving our desires is to increase the positive energy we give. The easiest way to raise our level of energy is to visualize our desire, then a sensation will appear. There are a variety of emotional reactions people have when imagining their desires. One person may feel worn out or overwhelmed. Another person may feel undeserving. Another may feel a soft vibration of comfort. If this sensation or emotion makes us feel good, then we are on the right path! Now it is time to focus on the positive feelings and memorize them. Basically, this is rewiring your brain to feel positive. As you practice, it may feel awkward at first. However, this is a process just like learning to dance; the more you practice, the easier it is. As we get better at changing our vibes, we will start to attract our desires. Continue to improve our vibes by focusing on those uplifting moments. Just be with yourself without distractions–don’t answer the phone or allow outside intrusions. Allow yourself to really feel your feelings. Investigate those feelings. Allow yourself to feel the emotion of positivity. Focus on this feeling to commit this intense feeling to memory and really absorb it.

“Everyday I visualize my desires, feel the emotions and memorize them in order to use it for the rest of my day.”

The next step is to feel this feeling several times during the day. Become aware when the positive sensations pop into your mind and embrace them. These spontaneous feelings are being reinforced so that you radiate an energy. Remember positive emotions will work best to achieve your goals. Easy, gentle, enjoyable sensations will raise your level of energy.

By practicing these techniques to increase the positive emotions, you will see that your world will change from the inside out. Something will change in the obsession to achieve more and be replaced with the desire to spend time with yourself and explore your inner world. You will look for the quality time with yourself, and you will not be lonely with yourself anymore. This is where the magic starts to happen. Your dependence on the outer world will get weaker, and the connection to yourself will start to get stronger. You will find that you will lose track of time while focusing on quality time with your sensation. Consider using the ThinkUp app.

How to make the law of attraction works

Do you need help to choose?

To help you choose affirmations that will make the Law of Attraction work for you, I will give you what works for me. If I feel nervous or restless using an affirmation, I revise it until it feels right for me. This is an individual process, so the rule is when you say affirmations to yourself it will make a good feeling in your body. When you record them and listen to them, it should feel that it is right, maybe even the feeling that you are at home.

Useful affirmations for Law of Attraction:

1. Every day I visualize my desires, feel the emotions and memorize them in order to use it in the rest of my day.
2. I am increasingly confident in my ability to create the life I desire. I learn how to do it, and every day I move one step forward.
3. I am giving and receiving all that is good and all that I desire by focusing on the good things that work in my life.
4. By understanding that I am creating my life according to my dominant beliefs, I am improving the quality of those beliefs.
5. I am constantly striving to increase my vibration through good thoughts, words, and actions.
6. I am making a meaningful contribution to the world, and I am wonderfully compensated for my contribution.
7. I believe that I am the creator of my life experience.
8. I believe that by focusing on feeling good, I make better choices that lead to desired results.
Most of us are able to imagine a desired relationship, house, car, health, baby, job, or health. However, those are just representations that we wish to make us feel good, loved and connected. It is important to make sure that what we desire will actually accomplish our becoming happier.

ThinkUp app

ThinkUp app makes you feel better

ThinkUp can make you feel better

As a CEO of the ThinkUp app, a leading app for developing a positive mindset, I have come across many exciting success stories. For instance, I heard that ThinkUp app has helped to reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety and change people’s self-talk.

Following a conversation with a woman who is taking care of her dying husband, I was glad to discover ThinkUp app helped her overcome emotions of guilt as well as loneliness.

Our most exciting successful story

Recently, I heard about a family who arrived at Stanford hospital for necessary heart surgery for their infant child.

Just before of the surgery, the infant had an infection. This complicated the situation and obviously increased fear and stress amongst the parents. Their child was under anesthesia and connected to a respirator.

That day, I went to a conference, but I couldn’t focus. My mind was occupied with thoughts of the child. However, I was encouraged to call the family. I wanted to be of help, although in the moment I had no idea how I could do that.

Arriving at the hospital

Once I arrived at the hospital, I saw two desperate parents who were longing for any help they could get. The situation was miserable. They needed a miracle.

At the beginning, I explained my specialty.

“My dear child, I know that it is a hard time for you, but mommy loves you. Mommy wants to play with you and be with you for many years. Your brother misses you and wants to watch movies with you, and daddy wants to hold you and hug you.”

“I can make a soundtrack for your child that will give him power and strength that will eventually help his body.”At first, they looked at me as if I was talking about some magic. However, I explained to them that, the more positivity their child will come across, the more his brain can build a better immune system as shown by research.

It is not a standalone tool, and I don’t really know the reasons why Jonathan woke up a week later. However, I do know that he is well now, feeling better than ever. Instead of listening to his crying mother, he heard her voice reassuring to him, “My dear child, I know that it is a hard time for you, but mommy loves you. I want to play with you and be with you for many years. Your brother misses you and wants to watch movies with you, and daddy wants to hold you and hug you.”

The recording

We sat there for almost an hour and recorded little Jonathan’s beautiful meditation soundtrack. Mommy and Daddy got to encourage him with comforting phrases such as, “we love you, and need you to be strong for the family and for yourself. We would like to hug you and play with you again”. When the parents heard the track combined with very soft and relaxing music after recording it, they started to cry. In such an overwhelming situation, I think this was one of the only little hopes they had remaining.

He feels better

Now baby Jonathan is feeling much better, and my heart is bursting with joy because I created an app that can help people like Jonathan feel better. And this is not the only story. We have hundreds of successes ranging from losing 300 pounds to extraordinary recovery from cancer surgery. I am grateful for this app. It changed and continues to change my life and that of many other people. Consequently, my mission is to spread this positivity and positive self-talk to every corner of the world.

However, I cannot do this alone, change begins with a community. Please join our community of ThinkUp app and help spread and share our app to revolutionize the lives of many people around the globe.

affirmations for depression

Affirmations for depression and mental health by Joseph S. Fusaro

“I struggled with depression and mental illness most of my life.”

When I was younger I had some depression and ADHD. When finishing college I was officially diagnosed with depression, ADHD, and severe anxiety. This would last into my early 20’s. I was prescribed several medications, some of which were controlled substances. It didn’t take long until I was dependent and addicted to these medications.

In 2007 I decided to enter a rehab facility since I felt powerless to the medications. I went there because I was addicted to 2 medications. Ironically, I left this hospital after 3 weeks with 6 new prescriptions. These drugs would drain the life out of me for the next few months, and it only made sense to me to go back on the original medications because I figured that 2 meds that physically felt good were a lot better than taking 6 that put me into a barely conscious and mentally vegetative state.

“I had so much fear, anger, and resentment pent up inside me that I didn’t believe these affirmations.”

Playing this game of back and forth with my body and mind up until I was 30. The 2 controlled substances would eventually send me into a full blown manic episode with spurts of psychosis. At this point, I had just been released from what I think was my 9th or 10th hospital stay. I had an awakening that I could not live my life like this anymore. Those symptoms of depression can’t live in me anymore. There had to be another way. I understood that I did need something for my bipolar and insomnia, but I did not need to be on a handful of medications to numb me the rest of my life.

The breakthrough

Luckily, I was blessed with a Doctor that taught me meditation. He taught me self-compassion. Most importantly he taught me that I was worthy of love and that I deserved peace and happiness in my life as much as anyone else. I honestly didn’t know that before. I think that this is the problem for most people that live with a mental illness. We either lose our ability to love ourselves or aren’t born with the self-love that most others already have or develop naturally throughout their lives.

“Affirmations are about giving you the support and self-love you deserve”

Being honest, I have always loved to write so I started out journaling about gratitude, self-compassion, and “I am” statements. I would go on to write 3 poetry books about my recovery. This lead to listening to affirmation tracks when I went for walks and meditated. I would even let them play for an hour or so when I was falling asleep. I admit at first it was difficult to accept that these positive things were true but I felt it was starting to help me with my depression. I had so much fear, anger, and resentment pent up inside me that I didn’t believe these affirmations, but I knew that I wanted to feel these things more than anything else in the world.

Every time I turned them on it got easier. Affirmations are not about tricking your mind into believing you are a good person. They are about giving you the support and self-love you deserve that is sometimes difficult to find from others. As we all know, the easiest way to change the world is from within.

About 6 months ago I was considering creating my own affirmation tracks in my recording studio. I was told this idea to a friend when she enthusiastically blurted out, “ThinkUp App!” She then went on to explain to me that she had been using this App to record affirmations with her own voice, then play them back with her own music. Needless to say, I was thrilled. I went home, downloaded ThinkUp App, and I have been using it since.

affirmations for depression

My recommendations to reduce the symptoms of depression

  1. Start slowly.
  2. Pick out one or two things that you would like to improve in your life. Maybe in a week, re-record the same affirmations and see if there is a little more confidence in your voice. See if the words come out easier. There are no right and wrong ways to listen to affirmations. Just go with what feels right. There are some days where I’ll record 8 affirmations and go for a long walk, then on other days, I will only use one. I notice that in the last 6 months my confidence has greatly improved. I am experiencing less negative thought rumination. My mind is beginning to make positive connections, where at one time I could only make connections about everything that was not right in my life.
  3. There is something about using your own voice that has increased your confidence, self-love, and belief in yourself.
  4. I strongly believe that if you add Think Up App and affirmations to your mental health treatment it will really inspire movement into a positive and more productive you. I know that I will be using Think Up App for years to come. Wishing you all the best on your journey.
